After the competition closes on the 31st of October 2024, finalists will be shortlisted within 14 days. The winner will be contacted telephonically within a reasonable time after the shortlisted winners have been interviewed and a final decision reached by the panelists.

An internal judging process will take place after which finalists will be shortlisted, followed by another round of judging. The winner will be contacted directly, followed by an official announcement on the GynaGuard social media pages and other media.

Once we receive your entry, we will review it within 48 hours (excluding weekends) after which your photo will appear on the gallery. If 48 hours have passed, and you still don't see your photo, it is likely that your entry was not approved.

If more than 48 hours have passed after submitting your entry, and your photo doesn't appear in the gallery, it is likely that your entry wasn't approved. Try resubmitting - ensure that your new entry meets the requirements to enter, and doesn't contain any offensive language or visuals.

Every successful valid entry will be accepted, however, each person will only appear once in the gallery. This is to give every lady an equal space to be featured.

Yes! We can feature any photo entry you like! Once you have submitted your new entry, please let us know the full name that you entered with and tell us which entry you want to appear in the gallery.
